We understand that planning a funeral can be an overwhelming experience, especially during a time of grief. To help ease the burden, we offer a range of thoughtfully crafted, all-inclusive funeral packages designed to suit a variety of preferences and budgets.

Please note that the pricing listed below is indicative and will be confirmed in consultation with one of our arrangers.
All prices are inclusive of GST.

To ensure fairness and transparency, our packages include a number of items that are often considered “extras” across the industry — frequently adding thousands of dollars to the final cost. At Lonergan & Raven, we include the cost of the coffin, hearse and family coach hire, floral tributes, and an in-house celebrant for chapel services as standard, in addition to our professional service fee.

However, please note that church venue hire, clergy fees, interment costs, and cremation fees (except for the Essentials package) are quoted separately, as these can vary significantly depending on your chosen cemetery, crematorium, or service location.

This package is ideal for families wishing to hold a faith-based funeral service in a church setting, with cremation to follow. Our team will coordinate all aspects of the day to ensure a smooth, respectful, and meaningful farewell.

  • Arrangement and planning with a funeral director

  • Transfer of your loved one during business hours from hospital or Coroner’s Court

  • Full mortuary care

  • Standard coffin (Maxwell model)

  • Professional funeral staff and hearse

  • Liaison and bookings with church, clergy, and crematorium

  • Completion of medical certificates and legal documentation

  • Certified Death Certificate

  • Online funeral notice on our website

  • Viewing at the time of service

  • Memorial attendance book

  • 1.2m casket sheaf of fresh flowers

Transfer from a private hospital, home, or nursing home during business hours will incur an additional fee of $385.
Transfers outside of business hours will incur an additional fee of $485.

Church, clergy, and cremation fees are not included in this package and will be quoted separately, as these costs vary significantly depending on your chosen location and officiant.

  • Standard coffin (Maxwell model)

  • Funeral staff and vehicle (hearse) for the service

  • Chapel Fees (at one of the cemetery chapels in Melbourne)

  • Liaison and bookings with crematorium and third parties

  • Medical certificates and legal paperwork

  • Certified Death Certificate

  • Online funeral notice on our website

  • Viewing at time of service

  • Memorial attendance book

  • 1.2m casket sheaf of fresh flowers
